At San Diego Paddles, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, high-performance pickleball paddles. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return your paddle within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

  1. Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Condition: The paddle must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team through our Contact Page to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is received, we will contact you. If your return meets eligibility requirements we will send you detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Packing the Item: Securely pack the paddle in its original packaging. Include the Return Authorization Number and a copy of the original receipt inside the package.
  4. Shipping the Return: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned paddle, we will process your refund. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days, minus any original shipping costs.
  • Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, we will ship the new item to you once we have received and inspected the original paddle. Any difference in price will be adjusted accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective paddle, please contact us immediately through our Contact Page. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund, including covering return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
